Begin by wrapping the thread near the eye of the hook. Tie on the eyes (you might want to apply a little head cement to the thread holding the eyes on to help them stay in place), then wrap the thread back to the bend. Tie in a suitable amount of polar flash for the tail and trim to desired length. Tie in the chenille and wrap to just behind the eyes. Tie off the thread in front of the eyes, apply cement, and you are done. Fish like any other streamer or with a bouncy motion in deep holes. Works well for trout and steelhead as well as smallmouth.
