Yellow Rose
I saw this fly on Chris Bogart's site some time ago and thought it looked pretty 'old school' and that it looked like an effective brook trout fly. I changed the pattern a little bit, but the overall appearance looks pretty much the same so I can't really call it my own. Good high floater and wonderful indicator fly, works well on the natives. I took the picture above streamside after catching several fish on the pattern.
