Mid-Atlantic Budget Angler by Ann McIntosh-McIntosh covers the Mid-Atlantic region in depth.  She goes in depth through the state of PA, then includes Deleware, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, and West Virginia.  She describes the streams, there access, and hatches.  Some of the WV waters include Blackwater, Elk River, and the Cranberry River.

Flyfisher's Guide to Pennsylvania by Dave Wolf-Dave Wolf highlights the best opportunities Pennsylvania has to offer with 90 maps and 60 some hatch charts. Covers everything from trout to bass, where to stay, where to eat, and of course fly shops.

TU's Guide to America's 100 Best Trout Streams by John RossThis is one great book if you need some good info on trout streams through out the US.  Has everything from West Virginia's Cranberry River, Maryland's Savage River, Pennsylvania's Penn's Creek, Montana's Gallatin River, Idaho's Snake River, to Colorado's Gunnison River.  It covers 100 streams through out the U.S. in 30 states.  

Trout Unlimited's Guide to Pennsylvania Limestone Streams by A. Joseph Armstrong: This book is a unbelievable work and collection of information on the lime stone streams of Pennsylvania.  All the limestone streams are described and includes all the info you need from fish population to hatches.

Pennsylvania Blue-Ribbon Fly-Fishing Guide by Barry Beck and Cathy Beck - Barry and Cathy share there knowledge of the PA streams in this book.  This book covers Pennsylvania's blue-ribbon streams, freestone streams, and its still waters.

Virginia Blue-Ribbon Streams: A Fly-Fishing Guide
by Harry Murray
- Murray provides all the information needed to find the best streams in Virginia for either bass or trout.  

Trout Streams of Virginia : An Angler's Guide to the Blue Ridge Watershed (Trout Streams of Virginia, 3rd Ed) by Harry Slone-This is a classic guide to the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia.  Slone provides you all the info you need access, stream conditions and regulations.  He gives you info on streams for each and every anglers tastes.

Trout Streams and Hatches of Pennsylvania; A Complete Fly-Fishing Guide to 140 Rivers and Streams by Charles Meck-Great book with tons of info for those planned trips to PA.  Has all the rivers you need to know about and want to fish. 

Mid-Atlantic Trout Streams and Their Hatches : Overlooked Angling in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey by Charles R. Meck-Great fishing opportunities throughout PA, NY and NJ.  Has good descriptions for each river discussed.  Each one has a rating, map, and a hatch chart plus much more.

Fishing the Shenandoah Valley: An Angler's Guide
